At Eby Perfume, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition as received.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

The perfume bottle must contain at least 95% of the original perfume.

⚠️ Important: If the bottle has been significantly used (less than 95% perfume remaining), the return will not be accepted.

Proof of purchase is required.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately after receiving it.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong product, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
